Ask us to delete it

No longer have the app, or cannot sign in? Send this form. Give the phone number or email registered on your account so we can find it.

Fill in at least one of the two.

You can also email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”. Write from the email registered on your account, or include the phone number registered on it.

We handle requests within 30 days. Before deleting, we make sure the request comes from the account holder, for example by contacting the phone number or email registered on the account. Deleting the account in the app is immediate.

What happens to your data

Deleted or closed

  • Your app account is closed: nobody can sign in to it, and every device signed in to it is signed out.
  • Your phone number and email are released, so they can be used to register again.
  • Your access to your properties in the app ends, and requests to join a property that you sent from the app are withdrawn.
  • Bank cards saved in the app can no longer be used for payments.

Kept

  • A closed record of the account, including the phone number and email it used and the reason you gave for deleting it.
  • Identity verification data, if you went through verification: for example your name, date of birth, ID document details and photos, the selfie, and the public service number and registered address received from EKENG, the state identity service.
  • Payments, receipts, debts, balances and other financial and accounting records of your properties.
  • Posts, comments, votes and requests you sent to your condominium through the app. They stay part of your condominium's records.
  • Records your condominium keeps about your property and its owners. They belong to your condominium, which manages them; to change them, contact your condominium.

We keep this data because the records of your condominium and your properties must stay complete and accurate, and because the law requires it. It is kept for as long as these records are needed and as required by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including the laws on accounting and on personal data protection.

Questions about your data: [email protected]. See also our Privacy policy.
